Tracy enjoys coaching high-level professionals, college athletes, and college students. Tracy knows firsthand the challenges of being an effective student with ADHD. Learning through his own challenges and overcoming adversity allows his clients to feel supported and understood.

Tracy Bertagnole joins EEC as an Executive Function Coach specializing in helping college students and professionals to excel in school and in the workplace. Tracy is a healthcare executive with 12 years of experience coaching, mentoring, consulting, and leading professionals in the largest hospital systems in the United States. He has spent his time coaching hospital leadership teams for the last eight years. His professional work focuses on performance improvement coaching for hospital directors and executives. His holistic and strength-based coaching philosophy leads clients and organizations to improved operational & clinical efficiencies and personal growth outside the workspace. Tracy loves giving back by coaching college-age students interested in pursuing healthcare and other high-demand careers. He enjoys coaching them to navigate the professional/career space while also finding balance with the more important priorities of life.

In his most recent role, Tracy was front and center in the COVID pandemic and coached many young and experienced professionals through the everyday challenges of working from home and creating an effective work-life balance.

He has a passion for sports and their positive impact on children/young adult development. Growing up, he played high school basketball and coached junior high school basketball while attending college. After graduating with his Bachelor’s degree, he spent time training collegiate & professional baseball & football athletes. Outside of work, he loves working out at the gym, hiking, mountain biking, and playing in the great outdoors of Utah, where he resides with his wife and three kids.
