This is a summer-long cohort to help promote college readiness skills. There will be two cohorts. One cohort for upper high school students and another for college students. Each week students will explore a theme within a group of age-appropriate peers. Each cohort will be lead by an EEC Executive Function Coach.

During the last week students will be automatically enrolled in Crushing College; organize, physical and virtual materials, calendar/ schedule, syllabus, prepared for class – mentally, physically and emotionally | managing distractions – cell phones, roommates and gaming | note-taking – virtual and paper | Planning for the long term and short term assignment, emotional regulation ( how to manage the stress and anxiety of college life?), red flags, and resilience (tutors, academic centers and coaching) | self-care – diet, exercise, and friendships.
Students will explore interests and develop skills in these areas.
